本研究对 Biorocks ART 系列培养基进行了全面的性能验证。研究目标是评估 Biorocks KSOM、Biorocks HTF 及 Biorocks 矿物油联合使用时，对四种不同小鼠品系（B6D2F1、 ICR、KM、C57BL/6）经自然交配及体外受精获得的胚胎，其支持植入前胚胎发育的 能力。

The in vitro Culture of preimplantation mouse embryos is a fundamental technique underpinning advances in developmental biology, genetics, and assisted reproductive technologies [1]. The success of in vitro fertilization (IVF) is critically dependent on the composition and handling of the Culture media. Our laboratory has previously established a standard operating procedure (SOP) utilizing Biorocks Human Tubal Fluid (HTF) for fertilization and Biorocks Potassium Simplex Optimized Medium (KSOM) for post￾fertilization Culture, a system designed to provide high rates of embryonic development.

This study presents a comprehensive performance validation of the Biorocks ART media suite. Our objective was to evaluate the capacity of Biorocks KSOM, Biorocks HTF, and Biorocks Mineral Oil to collectively support preimplantation development across four different mouse strains (B6D2F1, ICR, KM, and C57BL/6) using embryos derived from both natural mating and IVF.
