A ready-to-use HEPES-buffered medium developed for washing and handling bovine and other mammalian oocytes and embryos outside the incubator. It supports stepwise washing of cumulus–oocyte complexes after OPU and microscopic handling before vitrification, warming, or embryo transfer.
